I have a problem with my camera XTR Pro 4 that is starting automatically a video at the device boot. Is there any way to disable this or to update the firmware ?
Current Firware is "20160808".

You may have motion detection activated, or the G-force sensor, and this is the reason why when you turn on the camera with the memory card inserted, it starts recording
Try to disable these functions, and if the problem persists, reset the factory settings in the camera, because for this device we do not have firmware -

Actually I already disabled motion detection and tried a factory reset but it had no effect and issue is still there. Do you have any idea ?
