Cannot connect Camera Wifi cautium 4

Dear support,

I have recently bought a wifi camera cautium 4, but I did not manage to connect it to my box and/or to my mobile.

I tried to follow the step on the user guides with no luck. I used the app Yoose as recommended, but I could not link the camera to the wifi.

Also, I tried to connect directly from my mobile to the camera, but it requests a password that is not written anywhere. Under the camera there is only the ID and a SN number, which does not work when I enter it as a password.

Can you please let me know if I am missing something ? What are basically the steps to connect the camera to my wifi network, so that I can access to it through the cloud ?

  It is possible that the camera will not be online, and that is why you can not find it with the APP. We recommend that you press the reset button on the camera and leave the camera a couple of minutes to start and get online, then start the connection process. You have to open the APP, click on the + symbol and select the option of the means "add online device". The ID that asks for it is the one of the camera that will find it in the bottom part of the camera, a name for that camera, and the password of the camera that is "123". With this, the connection of the camera should be saved in order to be seen.
  If the above fails, press the reset button on the camera and leave the camera a couple of minutes to start. You have to open the APP, press on the + symbol and select the option from the above "add new device", and select the option on the left "smartlink". Select "next" and click on "you have heard the warning ring to connect" and "next". The phone will start beeping. Bring it closer to the camera and wait for it to establish the connection (the camera will beep). Then you have to return to the main menu and perform the previous step. Click on the + symbol and select the option "add online device".
